A stone cladded accent wall and a Qled 75-inch TV set the stage for entertainment, with ample seating for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring SMEG appliances and a stylish three-seater peninsula, makes cooking and conversation effortless.
Large sliding doors lead to a spacious balcony, blending indoor and outdoor living giving you 180 degree sea views that are unmatched. The outside eight-seater table provides the perfect setting for family meals and social gatherings around the braai.
The first of three bedrooms is a serene retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. A king-size bed offers breath-taking ocean views right from your pillow.
Sliding doors open onto a private balcony with cozy swing chairs—an ideal spot to unwind. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, premium toiletries, and soft, high-quality towels for a spa-like touch.
Bedroom Two continues the modern theme with stylish accent walls and a spacious layout, furnished with two three-quarter beds.
The final bedroom is a warm, inviting space with a comfortable double bed with a beautiful bookcase.
All three rooms are designed with relaxation in mind, featuring premium 600-thread-count linen for a restful sleep and plenty of natural light.
The shared bathroom includes shower over bath, offering convenience or relaxation and Thoughtfully selected toiletries.

• Stays of 7+nights receive 1 free Linen change per Week.
• Free cleaning done 3 times a week [ Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday ]
• Washing and ironing done at an extra free paid directly to the cleaning staff.
• Please provide own charcoal for the braai.

• Completing a Booking Form and Attaching a Picture [Not a Photocopy] of your ID or Passport is MANDATORY, Failure to Adhere to this will Deny access to the Property.

• Lilato penthouse will not be liable for any Damages, natural disasters, or any loss whatsoever whilst staying at the Penthouse.
• Please note that the food platters, wine, roses, cocktails, table set outside etc were for staging purposes and if you wish to set it up the crockery and Cutlery is in the kitchen.
• Failure to Adhere to these rules may result in penalties or cancelation of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation.

• 6 Maximum number of guests.
• No visitors- only registered guests [max. 6] allowed in the Penthouse.
• No Hookah/Hubby Bubbly-Strictly Forbidden inside and outside due to Furniture damage.
• No pets allowed.

• Please kindly use the provided makeup removal cloths for removing makeup, rather than the white towels. This helps us. maintain their quality.

• 1 open garage for guests unfortunately can’t accommodate very big vehicles- free visitors parking, First come basis.

• Report any damages or issues to the host.
• Any damages caused during the stay are for the guests account.
• Swimming at your own risk[ Communal pool]
• Please grant us access to fix any damages to make your stay pleasurable.
